Welcome to RomeCabService.com. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Services
Rome Cab Service provides private chauffeur-driven transportation, including airport transfers, city tours, and long-distance travel across Italy. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email
- A booking is considered confirmed only after deposit payment
- Customers must provide accurate travel details (pickup time, location, contact information)
- Any changes must be requested in advance and are subject to availability
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are fixed unless otherwise agreed
- A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking
- The remaining balance can be paid before or on the day of service
- We accept secure online payments and major payment methods
4. Booking Terms
- Vehicles are assigned based on availability and group size
- The company reserves the right to upgrade vehicles at no extra cost when necessary
- Clients must be ready at the agreed pickup time
- Delays caused by incorrect information are the client’s responsibility
- Additional waiting time may incur extra charges
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent:

- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email preferred)

6. Waiting Time
- Airport pickups include complimentary waiting time (typically 60 minutes after landing)
- Standard pickups may include a limited waiting period
- Additional waiting time will be charged accordingly
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must behave respectfully toward drivers and vehicles
- Damage to vehicles caused by clients may result in additional charges
- Smoking and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in vehicles
8. Liability
- Rome Cab Service is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
- We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items
- Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Amendments
Rome Cab Service reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page.
